How did you get the fat pad to fit they don’t have same bolt pattern?? I got the thicker pad from titan and the rogue fat pad and bolt holes on both are not the same as the titan original pad ??
There may be not much scientific info but as someone dealing with Piriformis Syndrome for the first time( and shoulder impingement) this video gave me hope as an older lifter. Thank you Leo for sharing, and I agree that although life throws out hardships, these are an opportunity to learn and grow and stay grateful. Good luck to anyone with chronic injury on your journey to recovery.

The reverse hyper works great if you use it proper don't listen to this dude he is clueless. He's not even using it properly, slinging the hell out the weight for sake of doing more weight . I add alot of muscle to my spinal electors using good form an good volume sets of 15 on this . I wouldn't suggest buying it for back pain relief . You go to chiropractor for that
Did you modify your deadlift routine? I finished W1D2 this last Wednesday, I couldn’t complete the second round of deadlifts. I hook grip and that second round, my hands were toasted. I feel I’ll either have to modify the deadlift routine so all sets are completed in one round or I’ll have to program my deadlifts differently, from a different program (5/3/1).

At 58 now, I suffered through this a few times but still training. When a flair up starts I recognize the early symptoms and reduce my loads for a period and it gets better.

It is equally outstanding. I don't have one complaint other than putting it together is a job. The instructions and packaging of the parts are very well designed and organized. Also, I stripped and damaged the pull down cable the first day, admitting it was my stupid fault, and they quickly replaced it at no charge. I'm 6'5, 280lbs and fit in the cage just fine. Glenn B

How many PSI do you pump into the TKO 20lb slam ball? I look all over and can't find anything solid for numbers, and I don't want to risk exploding mine by over pumping it with my compressor...

titan floor model stands right up against the wall. plus you can do a couple more exercises.
The land mine end should be up close to shoulder level.
You can use these for tricep extensions, rows and face pulls. The weight needs to be controlled.
I really wanted the reverse hyper machine to aid in my L5/S1 disc bulge, but unfortunately it made my pain much worse. Leo, question for you. In this video you said the inversion table helped you? Also, that tight hips were a big factor in your lower back pain? Did I understand these correctly? Thank you!
The problem with the GHR machine is it's not a Reverse Hyper machine. I need to be able to go heavier on this movement but you cannot do that safely with a GHR machine, it forces too much leverage on the hamstrings and doesn't let you focus the Glutes or Spinal Erectors.
Iam about to sell mine too:( I habe 2 buldging disk in lower back. I am probably doing mine wrong too. People say different things. Some people say you have to swing all the way under other people say to control it and keep back in neutral position. However swinging all the way under makes back round up which I don't think it's good
I've had the same problem since 5 years ago, this problem gave me a lot of setbacks in life. The one thing i can advise to others is dont skip leg days and do some deadlift. When I was hitting the gym last year the problem went away, been out the gym for about a year now and it's coming back to me. Gotta hit the gym again!

I got this problem. Been 4 months. Walking long distances help and then aggressively massaging my left butt cheek when the pain kicks in when I'm relaxed at home and have to get up or sit down. Mine happened after doing leg extensions too regularly. I did it everyday on those machines.

Next time get to the point. If you didn’t get anything out of the GHR then you need to reassessed your workout program. that’s what probably sucks not the machine itself. What a waste of my time this video was 👎

So funny that the youtube algorithms randomly bought me to this two-year-old vid. Was checking out PR attachments. I had one of those when I first started my home gym many moons ago. Ended up being a T-Shirt holder until I got rid of it. Ironically, my lifts improved drastically after I stopped using it & all the other useless "fillers" I got for my HG.
I have set my Viking press Landmine attachment higher for shoulder press
If built correctly you could do a forward hyper leg raises, decline push ups, tricep dips, tricep bomber extension, variations of back rows, face pulls, arm curls, leg curls, and leg extensions and leg press. Some manufacturer will improve on the design to get the most utility out of.
